What’s the best way to clean my People shoes?
For best results, we suggest cleaning your shoes with a soft cloth or toothbrush, warm water and soap as soon as they have been exposed to dirt. We do not recommend putting them in your washing machine or dryer.
What is EVA?
EVA stands for ethylene vinyl acetate — a fancy word for rubberized foam. All of our shoes are made with our custom–engineered SkyLite™ EVA, a super light and shock–absorbent material. Our unique SuperCush™ sock liner (which molds to your foot) is also made of EVA because a lighter, cushier shoe makes for a happier you.
What is DreamKnit™?
DreamKnit™ uppers are made using computer–aided industrial knitting machines. Each panel is efficiently fabricated from a single 2–color layer of polyester thread, offering a supportive fit that contours to your foot while reducing the waste associated with transitional upper fashioning.

Are People shoes suitable for walking?
They most certainly are — our shoes are made from SkyLite™ EVA with SuperCush™ sock liners to maximize comfort and keep your feet happier for longer.
Are my People shoes good for travel?
Absolutely! Our shoes are perfect for travel as they are super light and many styles pack down — perfect for carry-on baggage (not to mention super comfortable for those long travel days).
Are my People shoes waterproof?
Our fully molded EVA shoes, i.e the Senna, are indeed waterproof. The remaining shoe styles are not intended for wear in water.
What are the largest and smallest sizes you carry?
Our shoes are unisex and run from size C4 (for Lil’ Peeps) up to Men’s 13/Women’s 15.
How will my People shoes fit?
The majority of our shoes fit to size, however in most cases the Stanley fits ½–1 size smaller and the Senna fits ½–1 size larger. Please refer to our Fit Guide for more information.
Where are People shoes manufactured?
Our shoes are manufactured at one of the highest quality factories in China.
Are People shoes vegan?
All of our shoes are made from man–made materials — no Bambi’s or Babe’s (or any other animal) were harmed in the creation of our shoes.
All clean, unworn product that is purchased online (excluding promotional or sale items), and accompanied by its original undamaged shoe box, can be returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs. Upon receiving your returned People Footwear™ merchandise at our warehouse, a refund in the amount of the purchase will be issued to you for the People Footwear™ product within 10–14 business days. This refund will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase. We cannot refund different accounts or credit cards. Promotional or sale items are non–refundable.
* Online orders will be accompanied by a Pre-Paid return slip. This slip can be used to send any portion of the order back to us. We recommend tracking your return shipment as People Footwear™ is not liable for any lost product being returned.

If you purchased your shoes at a retail store you will need to take your shoes to the same store at which you purchased them and all returns / exchanges will be subject to that store’s return policy.
When will I receive a refund from the return of my online purchase?
Upon receiving returned People Footwear™ merchandise (meeting the requirements set out above) at our warehouse, a refund in the amount of the purchase will be issued to you for the People Footwear™ product within 10–14 business days. All refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase. We cannot refund different accounts or credit cards.
There is a defect with my People shoes that I purchased online, what should I do?
We want our customers and their feet to be happy! If you purchased a pair of People Footwear™ online and they are found to be defective, tell us! We will accept defective items up to thirty (30) days after purchase in exchange for a new pair of shoes or online store credit.
Prior to a return authorization we will require a photo and description of the defect. Please send photos and description of the defect to email@example.com and one of our customer service agents will be happy to assist you. Please note People Footwear™ reserves the right to determine what shall qualify as defective.
There is a defect with my People shoes that I purchased at retail, what should I do?
If you purchased your People shoes at a retail store and they are found to be defective, please return your shoes to the store at which you purchased them along with your original receipt.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently only ship online orders to locations inside the United States and Canada. If you are interested in purchasing product outside of the US, please visit our Stockists page to locate your local dealer.
How much are the shipping costs for US online purchases?
Orders up to $100 are subject to a Standard Shipping (4–10 business days) rate of $12.00.
Standard Shipping rates will be waived on orders of $150 and over.
All Express shipments (2–3 business days) are subject to a rate of $25.00.
